Sazerac Company is hiring a Bottling Supervisor in Owensboro, KY. This role supervises bottling lines to meet production schedules safely and efficiently, coordinating maintenance and guiding line staff to uphold quality standards.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least 2 years of leadership experience, with strong MS Office skills and excellent communication. Night shift, 6pm-6am, on a 4 on/4 off schedule, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees bottling lines to complete production schedules safely, with quality and within budget.
• Provides technical assistance to operators and coordinates maintenance actions.
• Ensures safety regulations are followed and participates in safety inspections.
• Trains and supervises bottling line employees and develops personal improvement plans.
• Works with management to implement new initiatives and ensure defect-free production.
