Job summary

Delicato Family Wines is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead 24-hour bottling operations, manage multiple lines, and ensure quality, safety, and efficiency in a high-speed packaging environment.

With 7–10 years in bottling or high-speed packaging, plus 5–7 years in leadership, you'll drive Lean improvements, partner with maintenance and QA, and manage budgets while fostering a constructive culture.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years’ experience in bottling or high-speed packaging environment.
• Lean production environment experience.
• 5–7 years direct leadership and management in beverage manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Manages and monitors day-to-day operations and team performance to ensure smooth workflows and that company standards are met
• Manages culture; holds self and team accountable for constructive behavior and trust
• Develops goals aligned with department objectives and company strategy
• Drives continuous improvement; stays updated on industry trends and regulatory changes
• Assists in budgeting and cost control; ensures financial objectives are met
• Coaches and develops direct reports; participates in GPS performance process
• Executes 24-hour bottling production with quality, productivity, sanitation compliance
• Ensures staffing, training, and optimal performance to meet daily production targets
• Promotes cross-functional collaboration and effective change management
• Coordinates with accounting/compliance for inventory counts and transfers
