Job summary

MGP Ingredients is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead bottling teams, ensuring productivity, quality, and GMP compliance on the production floor.

The role requires strong leadership, problem solving, and excellent communication to coordinate across departments and meet production schedules. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity in food/beverage manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of an Associate’s degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years in a supervisory role within food/beverage manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage bottling teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production floor line teams to maintain productivity, quality, and safety.
• Coordinate work across label control, processing, production, maintenance, and warehouse.
• Ensure adequate staffing for each shift and manage bottling line operations.
