Job summary

Delicato Family Wines is seeking a 24-hour bottling production supervisor to lead multiple lines and packages in a fast-paced environment. You will drive productivity, uphold quality standards, and partner with maintenance and quality control to maintain equipment condition and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, food science or related field.
• 7 to 10 years' experience in bottling or high speed packaging environment.
• In-depth Lean production experience.
• 5 to 7 years direct leadership and management in beverage or related manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Executes 24-hour bottling production adhering to quality, productivity, sanitation and budget standards.
• Manages day-to-day operations and team performance to meet daily bottling targets.
• Champions cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Initiates capital expenditure requests and process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Ensures safety standards, HACCP, ISO, cGMP, DOE, FSSC and related guidelines.
