Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, food science or related field.
• 7–10 years’ experience in bottling or high speed packaging environment.
• Lean manufacturing problem solving with SAP and Excel data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day bottling operations and team performance.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and regulatory standards (HACCP, ISO, cGMP).
• Manage budget, cost control and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with maintenance and QA to uphold equipment and process standards.
• Lead daily/weekly production meetings and performance reporting.
• Develop staff, coach for GPS performance, and foster a productive culture.
