Job summary

Operations is seeking a Packaging Supervisor to oversee daily packaging, production, quality, and warehousing in alignment with company standards and cost objectives.

You will motivate and supervise staff, coordinate with engineering for maintenance and IQ/OQ/PQ validation, and ensure compliance with cGMP and SOPs. Focus on training, CAPA handling, audits, line clearance, and serialization support.

Qualifications

• 7+ years manufacturing experience with supervisory roles in pharma/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP and SOPs; experience with CAPA and Change Control.
• Experience in Global Serialization systems and equipment validation.
• Proven leadership and ability to train, mentor, and evaluate staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise packaging lines and ensure daily targets for safety, quality, and productivity.
• Coordinate maintenance and equipment upgrades with engineering; oversee preventive maintenance.
• Lead audits of department operations ensuring compliance with cGMP and SOPs.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and document disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure packaging line clearance after cleaning per SOP.
