Job summary

WinnCompanies is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across properties in the Boston area. The role requires travel throughout the region to support site teams and ensure regulatory compliance, with a salary range of $80,000–$90,000 annually.

The position supports budgeting, capital projects, and vendor oversight, while maintaining Winn Standards for curb appeal, safety, and service quality. Monday–Friday hours with on-call as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 8-10 years of relevant work experience.
• 5-8 years of supervisory/managerial experience.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• Experience with web-based applications and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people and personalities.
• Strong communications skills with stakeholders and direct reports.
• Excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations across properties in the Boston area.
• Maintain curb appeal and building interiors to Winn Standards.
• Review building systems for proper operations and compliance.
• Ensure site logs and unit turnovers meet Winn Standards.
• Coordinate customer service and work orders to meet timelines.
• Oversee maintenance audits and contractor oversight.
• Manage seasonal maintenance and snow removal.
• Participate in hiring, firing, and discipline decisions.
• Provide training and develop maintenance personnel.
• Assist budget planning and capital project timelines.
