Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of facilities maintenance/management experience.
• Experience with construction, renovation, electrical, plumbing, and fire/safety systems.
• Proficiency in CMMS for managing work orders, inventory, and reporting.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to analyze and drive financial decisions for facility needs.
• Experience managing trade labor under fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Understanding of complex blueprints and production specifications is a plus.
• Experience with industrial protection, lock-out/tag-out procedures, and confined spaces is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, coordinate, and plan facility maintenance for all sites within the region.
• Serve as the primary contact for requests from construction and center teams, executing necessary actions.
• Collaborate with procurement and standardization groups to negotiate device and carrier contracts and master service agreements.
• Document commercial enterprise processes, assist with development opportunities, and maintain accurate records.
• Report metrics to management, including KPIs, pricing, device performance, and building protection standards.
• Assist in the execution of capital and unique projects.
• Communicate assignment updates to leadership and maintain robust communication and organizational skills.
• Work independently and collaboratively in a crew; able to commute up to 60% as required.
