Job summary

WinnCompanies is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations across Oakland, Berkeley, and Alameda, CA. The role requires regular travel to support site teams and ensure compliance with financial controls and regulatory requirements.

The candidate will manage budgets, schedules, and inspections, partner with property managers, and drive improvements while maintaining Winn Standards and quality for all properties.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills across multiple sites.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders and direct reports.
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating with property managers, contractors and field teams.
• Background in NSPIRE and TCAC inspections is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations across Oakland, Berkeley and Alameda properties.
• Ensure curb appeal and Winn Standards for interiors and exteriors.
• Review building systems for proper operation and efficiency.
• Maintain site logs, perform turnovers per Winn Standards, and manage work orders.
• Oversee contractors and recommend improvements or corrective actions.
• Coordinate annual maintenance audits and capital project timing.
