Qualifications

• Less than 1 year supervisory experience.
• CAMT certification is required.
• Experience with computer systems, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance operations of the property.
• Supervise maintenance staff on-site.
• Perform hands-on maintenance tasks as needed.
• Complete monthly building and unit inspections to ensure standards.
• Prepare work schedules for the maintenance team and vendors; maintain preventive maintenance.
