Qualificações

• 2–4+ years of HR and administrative support experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, HR, or related field.
• Experience in a professional services environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support to payroll, including 1099 documentation and timekeeping.
• Coordinate and manage interview scheduling with the recruiting team.
• Respond to routine questions on policies, benefits, procedures, and workplace guidelines.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities with the HR team.
• Coordinate training schedules with the Training Manager and IT for system access.
• Assist employees with benefits-related questions and program explanations.
• Contribute to improving internal processes and SOPs.
• Support the executive team with meetings, memos, and internal communications.
• Arrange conference rooms, minutes, and refreshments for meetings.
• Provide additional support as needed.
