Shaw Industries Ltd, the parent company of Patcraft, is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business across K-12 and dealer channels in the Boston area. The role requires active relationship building, frequent travel within the territory, and leadership in product specification and project management.

You will manage opportunities from identification to installation, keeping a robust CRM pipeline and staying current with design trends and market activity.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma/GED
• 3+ years sales experience OR 5+ years professional experience
• Comfortable with regular after hour networking + events
• Must live in the greater Boston area

Aufgaben

• Drive new business development across k-12 end use segment and dealer channel
• Build and maintain relationships with dealers & end users
• Travel daily within the territory to develop and grow accounts
• Lead product presentations and specification efforts
• Manage projects end-to-end from opportunity identification through installation and post-project follow-up
• Maintain an active pipeline through CRM tools (Salesforce) and lead generation platforms
• Stay informed on design trends, product innovation, and market activity
• Represent Patcraft in the local market through meetings and industry events
