Job summary

Patcraft, part of Shaw Industries, seeks an accomplished sales professional in Dalton, GA to drive new business in the K-12 end use segment and dealer channel. You will travel daily, lead product presentations, and manage projects from opportunity through installation and follow-up.

You will build relationships with dealers and end users, maintain a healthy CRM pipeline, and stay current on design trends and market activity to win opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years sales experience OR 5+ years professional experience.
• CRM (Salesforce) experience is preferred.
• Experience calling on institutional segments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development across the K-12 end use and dealer channel.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealers and end users.
• Travel daily within the territory to develop and grow accounts.
• Lead product presentations and specification efforts.
• Manage projects end-to-end from opportunity to installation and follow-up.
• Maintain an active pipeline through CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
• Stay informed on design trends, product innovation, and market activity.
• Represent Patcraft in the local market through meetings and events.
