Job summary

Patcraft, a Shaw Industries brand, is seeking an Account Executive in Boston to drive new business, build dealer and end-user relationships, and manage projects from opportunity to installation. The role requires travel within the territory, a strong sales drive, and the ability to influence decisions with value-based solutions.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in sales (or 5+ years in related roles), strong CRM skills (Salesforce), and a Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years sales experience or 5+ years professional experience.
• CRM (Salesforce) experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development across K-12 end use segment and dealer channel.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealers & end users.
• Travel daily within the territory to develop and grow accounts.
• Lead product presentations and specification efforts.
• Manage projects end-to-end from opportunity identification through installation and post-project follow-up.
• Maintain an active pipeline through CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
• Stay informed on design trends, product innovation, and market activity.
• Represent Patcraft in the local market through meetings and industry events.
