Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of Product Management experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with a track record of catching gaps early.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, including epics, sprint boards, and releases.
• Strong communication skills bridging design, engineering, and operations.
• Proactive and organized with a user-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Understand product, customers, and roadmap to inform prioritization decisions.
• Collaborate with the Director of Product on epics and specs to align outcomes.
• Grooming and planning with engineering; translate estimates into delivery plans.
• Prioritize tasks, tech debt, bugs, and stakeholder requests against priorities.
• Own epic and fix version management in Jira and keep roadmap up to date.
• Coordinate QA and manage test scenarios across manual and automated tests.
• Lead UAT and stakeholder sign-offs for releases.
• Coordinate go-to-market logistics and ensure proper launch readiness.
• Provide regular stakeholder updates and maintain alignment on priorities.
