Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Head of Product Marketing in Boston with a strong SaaS background to lead the product marketing function. You will shape the overall marketing strategy, align with product development, and drive GTM execution across segments.

You will manage a talented team, work with sales to build compelling collateral, and leverage AI analytics to optimize market positioning in a fast-paced tech services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in product marketing, preferably SaaS/tech services.
• Proven GTM development experience for SaaS products.
• Strong knowledge of B2B pricing & packaging.
• Experience with AI tooling for market insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive product marketing strategy.
• Lead GTM, pricing, and packaging for products.
• Create sales tools and collateral (datasheets, case studies, demos).
• Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams.
• Mentor and manage a product marketing team.
