Job summary

DealRoom seeks a Producer and Executive Coordinator to keep the founder in front of the right rooms and ensure the day-to-day runs smoothly. You’ll pitch the founder onto conferences and podcasts, land hard-to-get guests for M&A Science, and run live podcast recordings and Boston events.

In addition to producing, you’ll manage calendars, travel, personal appointments, and Boston office operations. You’ll work with AI tools to handle routine tasks, while you nurture relationships and drive busy

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in booking, PR, event production, talent relations or executive support.
• Ability to persuade busy people to participate in events and media.
• Experience running live events or shoots with guests, vendors and run-of-show.

Responsibilities

• Pitch the founder to conferences, podcasts and media.
• Coordinate live podcast recordings and events in Boston office.
• Manage Kison's calendar, travel, and personal appointments.
• Provide daily office support: espresso machine, packages, supplies.
