Job summary

KA Recruiting Inc. is seeking an experienced Laboratory Manager to lead Phlebotomy and overall laboratory operations in the Boston area. This full-time role requires staff oversight, quality and compliance, and daily workflow management.

You will supervise phlebotomy teams, ensure CAP and Joint Commission standards, and drive continuous improvement. A Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or Clinical Laboratory Science and 3+ years of clinical lab experience are required; relocation/sign-on
