Horizontal is seeking an experienced AEM Project Manager to lead complex digital initiatives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment in Boston. The role is hybrid, requiring onsite presence several days per week and coordination across engineering, product, and business teams.

You will drive planning, schedules, risk management, and stakeholder alignment, while supporting Agile or hybrid delivery practices to ensure on-time delivery and stakeholder satisfaction in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in project management in technical/technology-enabled environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to organize priorities, manage timelines, and keep projects on track.
• Experience identifying and managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery methods.
• Comfort working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
• Boston-based or able to work in the Boston market.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery activities for AEM and other digital initiatives from kickoff through completion.
• Partner with client stakeholders, engineering, product, and business teams to keep work aligned and moving forward.
• Build and maintain project schedules, track milestones, and monitor scope, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Facilitate clear communication across distributed teams and ensure progress is visible to all stakeholders.
• Support project governance and help drive decisions that keep work on time and within scope.
• Contribute to Agile or hybrid delivery practices and help improve team coordination and execution.
• Work in a hybrid onsite model in Boston, with onsite presence required several days per week.
