Horizontal is seeking an experienced AEM Project Manager to lead complex digital initiatives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment in Boston. The role is hybrid, requiring onsite presence several days per week and coordination across engineering, product, and business teams.

You will drive planning, schedules, risk management, and stakeholder alignment, while supporting Agile or hybrid delivery practices to ensure on-time delivery and stakeholder satisfaction in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in project management in technical/technology-enabled environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to organize priorities, manage timelines, and keep projects on track.
• Experience identifying and managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery methods.
• Comfort working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
• Boston-based or able to work in the Boston market.

The pay range for this role is $28 - $58 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
