Job summary

Unicon Systems seeks an experienced AEM Project Manager to lead Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) initiatives, wearing the hats of Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Scrum Master to drive digital delivery.

You will gather requirements, translate them into user stories and specifications, manage plans and risks, and facilitate Agile ceremonies. The role collaborates with UX/UI teams to deliver SEO-friendly experiences in a remote US-based environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in BA/PM/Scrum Master roles.
2–3+ years hands-on with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Strong understanding of AEM Sites, CMS, components, templates, and content management.
Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or Workfront.
Proficiency in Figma, responsive design, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SEO.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and Agile leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) projects.
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Translate business needs into user stories, technical specifications, and acceptance criteria.
Manage project plans, timelines, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with UX/UI teams to deliver responsive, SEO-friendly digital experiences.
Drive continuous improvement and ensure successful delivery across cross-functional teams.
