Job summary

AECOM is actively seeking a highly experienced Project Manager for our Boston, MA office. You will direct the project lifecycle, manage budgets and schedules, and serve as the primary liaison with clients.

The role requires leadership across teams, adherence to design specs, and strong financial stewardship. Responsibilities include developing comprehensive project plans, assessing risks, monitoring KPIs, and coordinating with vendors to ensure on-time delivery of deliverables.

Qualifications

• BA/BS plus ten years of relevant experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience leading projects to meet quality, schedule and budget targets.
• Experience maintaining client relationships and coordinating with stakeholders.
• NAVFAC planning and design experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the entire project lifecycle, guiding subordinate managers and liaising with the client.
• Ensure work aligns with design specs, budgets, and schedules.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contract closeout.
• Lead change orders, scope changes, and contract variations while protecting budget and timelines.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams for timely delivery.
• Prepare status reports, updates, and financial forecasts for senior management and clients.
