Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a BOSS Fulfillment Outfitter in Grandville, MI to fill online orders, sort, pick, pack and load merchandise for shipment to customers and stores. Maintain quality and presentation of products to customers.

Responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, packing, labeling, and moving merchandise, with occasional customer assistance on the sales floor; adherence to safety and training programs is required.

Qualifications

• Follows through on order processing up to closing orders in BOSS system.
• Maintains effective working relationships with management, coworkers and customers.
• Reads label descriptions and stock merchandise by UPC codes.

Responsibilities

• Fill BOSS orders by inspecting merchandise and matching to orders.
• Sort and pack merchandise using proper containers and packaging.
• Move merchandise between warehouse locations with equipment or by hand.
• Assist customers on the sales floor during store hours.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in the back room and participate in training.
