Qualifications

• 3–5 years of bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Desktop is required.
• Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables are required.
• Strong knowledge of debits, credits, and general ledgers.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients.
• Reconcile bank, credit cards, and ledgers.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Maintain general ledgers and adjust journal entries.
• Review P&L and Balance Sheets for accuracy.
• Assist with payroll reconciliations and payroll tax reporting.
• Prepare year-end financial records for tax return prep.
