Employ Partners, a growing staffing and recruiting firm in Kennesaw, GA, is seeking a part-time Bookkeeper with QuickBooks Desktop and Excel expertise. The role starts in the morning with bookkeeping duties and may extend to full-time hours by providing afternoon admin support.

Qualificações

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Desktop.
• Process billing, customer invoices, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR).
• Reconcile financial data, review records for accuracy, and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and organized accounting records and documentation.
• Provide general administrative and office support in the afternoon for candidates interested in full-time hours.
• Must be proficient with QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Excel.
• Previous bookkeeping, AP/AR, billing, and invoicing experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, accuracy, and ability to work independently are essential.
