Job summary

Automation Personnel Services is hiring an experienced Bookkeeper for a well-established Printer Sales and Repair company in Addison, TX. This position focuses on daily financial data entry, AP/AR management, and accurate record-keeping to support month-end close.

The role requires prior bookkeeping experience, proficiency with Excel, and familiarity with QuickBooks or similar software. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with competitive benefits and a regular Monday–Friday schedule,

Qualifications

• Previous bookkeeper or accounting experience required.
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred.
• Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic financial reports.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily bookkeeping and financial data entry.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger entries.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting.
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding billing discrepancies.
