Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting support experience.
• Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software.
• Knowledge of account reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Experience with merchant or e-commerce accounting platforms.
• Enrolled Agent credential or experience preparing 1040 tax returns is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain bookkeeping records for multiple client accounts
• Reconcile bank, credit card, loan, and merchant accounts
• Process payroll-related activities and support reporting requirements
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules
