Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Strong bookkeeping fundamentals.
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar software.
• Ability to serve clients with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities and maintain accurate financial records.
• Maintain general ledgers, perform reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, payroll, invoicing, and payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure up-to-date records.
• Assist with budgeting, variance analysis, and forecasting.
• Support tax preparation and collaborate on client deliverables.
• Assist with audit/compliance and maintain internal controls.
