  • Administer and maintain employee benefits programs and enrollments.
  • Provide administrative support to management and staff, including reports and records.

Salary: USD25 - USD35 per hour

Position Summary

Responsible for managing the organization's accounts payable processes, accounts receivable, payroll administration, employee benefits administration, and a variety of administrative support functions. This role ensures timely and accurate processing of financial transactions, payroll compliance, employee benefit enrollments, and efficient office operations while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable
  • Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring proper approvals, coding, and supporting documentation.
  • Prepare and manage payments, including check runs, ACH transactions, and wire transfers.
  • Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate vendor records.
  • Support month-end accounting activities and serve as a point of contact for vendor inquiries and relationships.
Accounts Receivable
  • Process customer invoices, post payments, and maintain accurate accounts receivable records.
  • Monitor outstanding balances, follow up on overdue accounts, and resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Reconcile accounts, prepare receivable reports, and support month-end closing activities.
Payroll Administration
  • Process and administer payroll accurately and on schedule, including deductions, garnishments, and tax withholdings.
  • Maintain payroll records, reconcile payroll reports, and support year-end activities, including W-2 processing.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and coordinate employee payroll changes with HR and management.
Benefits Administration
  • Administer and maintain employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life, and retirement plans.
  • Coordinate employee enrollments, changes, terminations, and annual open enrollment activities while serving as the primary contact for benefit-related questions.
  • Ensure accurate benefits records, compliance with applicable regulations, and effective collaboration with benefit providers.
Administrative Support
  • Provide administrative support to management and staff, including preparing reports, correspondence, and business documents.
  • Maintain employee and company records and assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Coordinate office operations, vendor services, supplies, and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in accounts payable, payroll, benefits administration, or related administrative functions.
  • Knowledge of payroll practices, benefits administration, and accounting principles.
