Woodworking Specialists is seeking a talented Bookkeeper/Data Entry Specialist to join our team and grow with us. You will enter and maintain all financial records using QuickBooks Online, with emphasis on accuracy, organization, and timely reporting. Construction/manufacturing insight is a plus.

This role supports owners directly and may involve tax filings and invoicing tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Data Entry/Bookkeeper with QuickBooks is a MUST.
• Must be proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, Google Sheets, Word, 10-key and basic accounting.
• Multitasking is essential and strong mathematical and analytical skills are needed.

Responsibilities

• Process all accounts payable, accounts receivable, receipts etc., daily
• Review and balance all bank and credit card statements monthly for accuracy
• Master of creating excel spreadsheets or google sheets
• Invoice all jobs and track all payments for sales weekly
• Prepare all basic financial reports and records
• Answer phones and greet front door guests professionally
• File and prepare any 1099's for EOY
• File Sales Tax Reports as needed Quarterly or Annually
• Work and coordinate directly with owners on any pertinent financial matters
• Social Media Marketing experience is a plus
