Archinect is seeking an experienced bookkeeper to support a small office. You will handle data entry, invoicing, payroll processing, and financial reporting within QuickBooks and Excel.

The role requires familiarity with architectural practice workflows and attention to detail to maintain accurate ledgers and timely financial records for management review.

Responsibilities

• Data entry of daily bills, receipts, and bank transactions in QuickBooks.
• Invoicing clients and tracking payments.
• Payroll: calculating hours, running paychecks, managing IRA benefits, filing tax forms.
• Reporting: monitor balances, create A/R aging summaries, update ledgers and quarterly reports.

• Payroll - calculate worker hours, run paychecks, manage IRA benefits, and file tax forms
• Reporting - monitor outstanding balances, create A/R aging summaries, update master billing ledger / summary spreadsheet, create quarterly reports.
