Express Employment Professionals in Oregon, WI is hiring a Bookkeeper / Customer Service Representative for a local mechanic shop. You will help keep the office organized, handle bookkeeping tasks, process payments, and support daily operations in a fast-paced shop.

Responsibilities include reconciling accounts, payroll, tracking cores and returns, assisting with budgeting, and providing excellent customer service to shop customers. Flexible hours Mon-Fri, pay $21-$25 per hour plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with bookkeeping and preparing records for accountant.
• Experience managing accounts receivable and payable.
• Experience with QuickBooks accounting software.
• Experience in trucking/industrial service industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize books for accountant.
• Assist with marketing campaigns and social media.
• Reconciling bank and credit card accounts.
• Tracking and managing parts cores and returns.
• Ensuring parts get billed to RO's.
• Filing sales taxes.
• Payroll.
• Handling invoices and payments.
• Following up on unpaid invoices.
• Assisting with budgeting and expense tracking.
• Assisting service advisors and office staff.
• Answering phones and assisting customers.
• Supporting day-to-day office operations.
