The ideal candidate has 3+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience, strong Excel and QuickBooks Desktop skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience.
• Experience using QuickBooks Desktop — required.
• Proficiency in Excel with PivotTables.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general bookkeeping.
• Perform reconciliations and assist with audits.
• Maintain the general ledger and prepare basic financial reports.
• Prepare accounting statements and reports.
• Process payroll through QuickBooks.
• Create and maintain detailed Excel spreadsheets and financial/engineering reports.
• Assist with office management and general administrative duties.
• Support HR-related tasks and employee records.
• Handle company and engineer licensing renewals and related documentation.
• Assist with database maintenance, filing, data entry, customer service, and other office functions.
• Provide administrative support to the engineering team and overall office.
