Express Employment Professionals in Virginia, MN is seeking a Bookkeeper / Customer Service Representative. The role combines financial recordkeeping with responsive client support, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work.

Wage is $21-$26 per hour and benefits are included. Responsibilities include handling billing questions, processing payables/receivables, maintaining records in accounting software, and generating reports.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field.
• Previous customer service or office experience.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to type at least 50 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional customer service by phone, email, and in person.
• Assist customers with billing questions, payments, and account updates.
• Process Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, invoices, and payments.
• Enter and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and general office documents.
• Support daily office operations with data entry and administrative tasks.
