RecruitMyMom is seeking a reliable independent contractor to handle the back-end finances for a dual-business: a retail pet store and a horse riding stable. The role is fully remote and part-time, focusing on accurate month-end reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.

You will manage accounts payable and receivable, prepare P&L statements, and collaborate with leadership during a three‑month onboarding to align processes. Hours start at 2–3 per day, with potential to grow to 4–5 as needed.

Supporting financial stability and operational continuity across a dual-business entity encompassing a retail pet supply store and a horse riding stable, this position manages essential back-end financial operations. Working approximately 2 to 3 hours per day, with the potential to expand to 4 to 5 hours daily for strategic financial output, the role ensures precise month-end reconciliations, effective accounts payable and receivable management, and continuous monitoring of bank transactions. Functioning as an independent contractor, the successful candidate will work closely with leadership to maintain financial accuracy and streamline day-to-day transaction processing. Engagement and structured communication during an initial three-month onboarding period will establish alignment and operational standards.
