Covenant Millwork is seeking a methodical bookkeeper to join our team. You will manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll, while maintaining accurate records and supporting month-end close.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, experience with receivables, payables, and payroll, and a mindset of ownership and business understanding. This full-time role offers competitive pay based on experience.

We're looking for a bookkeeper who works the same way: methodical, accurate, and genuinely invested in getting it right — not just getting it done.

What You'll Do

• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Process payroll
• Maintain accurate financial records and reporting
• Support month-end close and financial review processes

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 3–5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, ideally supporting a business in the $5–10M revenue range
• Demonstrated hands‑on experience with receivables, payables, and payroll — this is the job, not a nice‑to‑have
• Someone who takes ownership of their work, digs into discrepancies rather than leaving them for later, and looks for better ways to do things without being asked
• A person who wants to understand the business, not just process the transactions

Preferred:

• Familiarity with inventory and cost accounting
• Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
