Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced bookkeeper to manage AR/AP, billing status, and supplier invoicing for US and Canadian entities. You will also assist with month-end close, reconciliations, audits, and financial analysis in a fast-paced tech environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in multinational bookkeeping, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with NetSuite, Expensify, and Mesh. This on-site role rewards accuracy, independence, and teamwork in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of bookkeeping experience in a Hi-Tech or multinational company.
  • Experience with foreign entities and multi-entity bookkeeping.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Certified Bookkeeper (AIPB or Equivalent).
  • Experience with US and/or Canadian GAAP.
  • Experience with NetSuite, Mesh and Expensify is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Accounts Receivable and issue invoices according to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Track and update customer project billing status and ensure timely collections.
  • Process vendor invoices and manage Accounts Payable via Dokka and Mesh.
  • Perform daily bank and credit card reconciliation.
  • Process employee expense reports via Expensify.
  • Reconcile employee accounts, including expense reimbursements and leave adjustments.
  • Support monthly end-close processes, including accrued expenses, prepaid expenses, and fixed assets.
  • Perform intercompany reconciliations.
  • Assist with annual audits and external reporting.
  • Prepare ad-hoc working papers and financial analysis.
  • Improve and scale financial processes as the company grows.
  • Manage day-to-day financial operations for US and Canadian entities.
