CFS, a privately owned food and beverage company in Hillsboro, Oregon, seeks a hands-on Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting across four entities. This role offers ownership of financial operations within a growing, multi-entity operation and the chance to contribute to stability and growth.

You will oversee accounts payable, payroll coordination for 50–60 staff, bank reconciliations, and collaboration with an outside CPA to support monthly reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping across four entities using Salesforce for accounting tasks.
• Process vendor invoices, manage daily deposits, and handle biweekly check deposits.
• Coordinate payroll for 50–60 employees with an outside payroll provider.
• Assist with benefits administration, including 401(k) contributions and benefits enrollment.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with CPA for monthly reporting and accuracy.

Overview Of Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping activities across four separate business entities, utilizing Salesforce for accounting-related processes.
• Process vendor invoices, manage daily credit card deposits, and handle twice-weekly check deposits.
• Coordinate payroll for approximately 50-60 employees, including collecting and submitting timekeeping information to an outside payroll provider.
• Assist with employee benefits administration, including 401(k) contributions, insurance enrollment, and new-hire benefit questions.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations for all four entities and maintain accurate financial records.
• Coordinate with the outside CPA firm to support monthly financial reporting and ensure accounting records are complete and accurate.

Preferred Qualifications / What You Bring

• Full-charge bookkeeping experience, including accounts payable, payroll coordination, bank reconciliations, and general accounting support.
• Experience managing multiple sets of books or supporting multiple business entities.
• Comfortable working with accounting software and learning customized business systems.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
