What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks

- Experience supporting month-end close and financial reporting
- Experience with inventory, job costing, production costs, or other forms of cost accounting

What Will Make You Successful
You don't need to be a CPA, but you should understand why transactions belong where they do, not simply how to enter them. We're looking for someone who can look at a bank reconciliation, general ledger, accrual, or expense report and recognize when something doesn't look right. You should be comfortable asking questions, digging into discrepancies, and taking ownership of getting the books right. If you've worked in an accounting firm or outsourced accounting environment, you're likely accustomed to managing multiple areas of a client's books and understanding the bigger picture. If you've worked in manufacturing, you likely understand the importance of accurate inventory, production costs, and operational financial data. Either background would be a strong fit.
