Books A Million, operating as 2nd & Charles, seeks a Buyer at the buyback counter. You will evaluate used books, music, movies, games, and collectibles and translate them into store discoveries for customers. This hourly role is based in one of our 2nd & Charles locations.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, evaluating trades, and offering confident, fair quotes. You will maintain store standards and ensure a friendly, efficient checkout experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Successful completion of all required background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and merchandise buyback items quickly and accurately.
• Input product and customer data carefully to protect trade accuracy.
