Books-A-Million is hiring at one of its 2nd & Charles locations for a buyback associate. You will greet customers, evaluate books, music, and collectibles, and offer fair prices while ensuring a smooth checkout and friendly service.

You’ll maintain store presentation, help with shipments, and support teammates to create a welcoming, efficient environment for every customer who visits the counter.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Excellent communication skills in person and written form.
