Job summary

Amazon Advertising seeks a seasoned advertising sales professional to deliver high-value services to Publishing advertisers, driving revenue growth across a diverse client base.

You will leverage Salesforce and other tools to manage relationships, forecast revenue, and expand book publisher and author opportunities both on and off Amazon, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of selling advertising or advertising-like services experience.
• Experience using sales CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Experience in account management and selling of digital media.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest level of sales and service to our clients to our Books advertising customers.
• Deliver predictable revenue growth across a diverse book of business.
• Prospect, penetrate and create new relationships with clients and retain and grow revenue from existing advertisers.
• Understand Amazon's full suite of display and search advertising tools to help build Book Publishers and Authors drive their business on and off Amazon.
• Influence how decisions are made by leading with data, and are focused on understanding how Amazon's products and tools can help build relevant advertising solutions for our customers.
• Conduct phone/video and in-person meetings demonstrating subject matter expertise and a point of view on industry and/or specific advertising solutions, with deep knowledge of your customer’s vision and objectives.
• Champion internal programs and workflows.
• Utilize Sales CRM tools to track all pertinent account information and sales progress as well as provide timely and accurate revenue forecasts and maintain a clean sales pipeline.
• Have a passion for and desire to learn about the Publishing industry.
