Job summary

Amgen is seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager for Bone Health in the New York area. You will build and maintain relationships with key accounts, drive franchise performance, and coordinate with internal teams to execute strategic plans for access and reimbursement.

The role emphasizes contracting, market access, and collaboration across field and home-office teams to deliver patient access and sales results.

Qualifications

• Doctorate, Master's, or Bachelor's with 6+ years in sales or account management.
• Experience in healthcare sales and complex payor environments.
• Residency in geography or established relationships a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic account plans to access hard-to-reach providers.
• Coordinate with GPOs and large networks for contract execution.
• Manage contract delivery, business reviews and performance tracking.
• Provide field insights to pricing, brand, and GPO teams.
• Collaborate with Market Access teams in shared accounts.
• Identify contracting and membership issues and resolve them.
