BOM Analyst and Process Lead
Kelly Services is currently seeking a BOM Analyst and Process Leadfor one of our top clients in Jacksonville, FL.
BOM (Bill of Materials) Analyst and Process Lead:
Support restructuring of the BOM Management and configuration to harmonize the processes across sites in Limerick, Ireland and Jacksonville, USA.
Develop new BOM structure to reduce the BOMs in SAP
Utilize phantom BOM structures to categorize by raw material sets
Standardize SAP BOM structure and change control across two global sites
Incorporate ability to accurately manage two resins part numbers for a component to support MRP capabilities in SAP for Production Planning
Support DPIC and BOM activities Project TRANSCEND SAP transformation to S/4HANA process updates across JAX and LIM facilities
Support Cost Saving & Regulatory BOM Changes
Prepare BOM, routing, and production version excel files for SAP data creation
Test the assignment of the new BOMs in the gFPS application
Manage CR documentation, test plan execution, and CI closure in Global Change Control VIBEs
Add IPA or PG to the BOMs of finished goods in SAP based on the hydration system of the production lines
Update the BOMs with a new Material Master/Product Criteria changes tot the finished goods of applicable brands
Decouple finished good BOMs with separate alternate BOMs to support MRP capabilities in SAP
SAP / gFPS Product Criteria / Version Change Management and implementation
Submit requests through Vision Tracker Requests to create a new Product Criteria within SAP for each generation, brand, line, and pack size configurations
Assign and test new product versions in gFPS for upcoming regulatory changes across all lines and bands
Manage CR documentation, test plan execution, and CI closure in Global Change Control VIBEs
Support DPIC and BOM activities Project TRANSCEND SAP transformation to S/4HANA
Conduct testing to ensure all BOM changes meet the Engineering requirements, are accurately constructed, and apply the right combinations of materials for each production lines validated capability
Education: Degree (Technical preferred)
Experience: 5 years plus
