Job summary

Johnson Controls in Boise, Idaho seeks a skilled Sprinkler Service Technician to service and troubleshoot wet, dry and pre-action sprinkler systems, including fire pump systems. You will read blueprints, handle equipment up to 60 pounds, and work in elevated positions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Service and troubleshoot wet/dry/pre-action sprinkler systems and fire pumps.
• Read and understand blueprints, diagrams, and specifications used in installation activities.
• Carry/move equipment weighing up to 60 pounds; work in ladders/scaffolding up to 40 feet.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and dispose of trash.
• Secure tools and equipment at end of shift; follow safety protocols.
• Complete time reports and coordinate with dispatcher; on-call may be required.
