Hunton Services, a division of the Hunton Group, seeks an Area Service Manager to lead our Boiler and Plumbing division. You will oversee operations, strategy, customer relationships, and personnel across multiple TX locations.

This role drives recurring revenue, expands service contracts, ensures high-quality project execution, and leads a team of technicians, with occasional travel and after-hours availability.

Formación

• 4–10 years in boiler or plumbing maintenance, including 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven experience managing commercial and industrial service operations.
• Strong budgeting, cost control, and cash flow familiarity.
• Knowledge of scheduling, dispatching, and service call management systems.
• Familiarity with Energy Management Systems and mechanical systems related to boilers and plumbing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the operational and financial performance with full P&L responsibility.
• Grow recurring boiler/plumbing service base and secure new service contracts.
• Forecast manpower needs and plan labor resources for contract fulfillment.
• Oversee service contracts, scheduling, and change orders; ensure safety and quality.
• Utilize telemetry-based tech to monitor performance and drive proactive service strategies.
• Respond to customer needs, manage vendors, and maintain strong stakeholder communication.
• Recruit, train, and develop field technicians; oversee scheduling and performance reviews.
