Chick-fil-A Rivers Avenue is seeking an exceptional Back of House Operations Manager to lead our grand reopening and establish a high-performing kitchen team in North Charleston, SC. You will drive quality, consistency, and execution, serving as Leader on Duty and coaching a diverse BOH crew through busy shifts.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and a hands-on approach to develop Team Leads and Team Members while maintaining Chick-fil-A standards, food safety, and sanitation

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and develop a small team.
• Hands-on leadership style with strong judgment.
• Coachable, positive attitude and commitment to developing people.
• ServSafe Certification is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead the kitchen team and deliver quality, consistency, and execution.
• Serve as Leader on Duty and manage BOH shifts with clarity and urgency.
• Coach and develop Team Leads, Trainers, and Team Members.
• Maintain recipe knowledge, food safety, sanitation, and storage standards.
• Keep the kitchen organized, stocked, and ready for every shift.
• Lead improvements in systems, execution, or team development.
