Chick-fil-A Rivers Avenue is seeking an exceptional Back of House Team Leader to help drive our grand reopening. You will lead by example, coach team members, and uphold Chick-fil-A’s standards while building a high-performing BOH culture in a fast-paced kitchen.

Chick-fil-A Rivers Avenue is entering an exciting new chapter — and we’re looking for an exceptional Back of House Team Leader to help lead our grand reopening!

As we reopen our doors, our kitchen leaders will set the tone for great food, strong systems, and a remarkable guest experience. What You’ll Do:

As a Back of House Team Leader, you’ll support the Leader on Duty by leading through example, coaching team members, and holding the team accountable to Chick-fil-A’s operational standards. Your responsibilities may include:

• Leading by example with professionalism, urgency, and a positive attitude
• Preparing the team and kitchen for successful shifts
• Maintaining speed of service, quality, cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
• Supporting strong BOH systems while working closely with FOH and Delivery teams
• Performing and overseeing Daily SAFE Critical and ERQA assessments
• Coaching SAFE standards and helping the team meet Ecosure requirements
• Following Pathway standards and all operational procedures
• Providing clear direction, feedback, encouragement, and accountability
• Identifying challenges early and making sound decisions under pressure
• Helping resolve team conflicts with respect and professionalism
• Supporting our grand-reopening goals through disciplined execution and strong communication
