Mission Yogurt, Inc. is seeking a BOH Manager to lead all back-of-house operations for Timberline Steaks & Grille and Que Bueno Suerte at the Denver Airport. The role focuses on food quality, kitchen team performance, inventory management, and food safety, in partnership with the FOH leadership.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of restaurant management experience, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and a professional, ethical leadership style that supports a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of restaurant management experience.
• Deliver superior food and beverage service and customer satisfaction.
• Uphold safety, sanitation and cleanliness policies.

Responsibilities

• Help in the preparation and design of all food and drinks menus.
• Produce high-quality plates in presentation and taste.
• Ensure kitchen operates in a timely way meeting quality standards.
• Plan and direct food preparation.
• Resourcefully solve issues and seize control of situations.
• Manage and train kitchen staff, schedule and assess performance.
• Order supplies to stock inventory.
• Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards, including health inspections.
• Partner with FOH Manager on daily operations.
