Job summary

Mission Yogurt, Inc. at Timberline Steaks & Grille, reopening soon at the Denver Airport, seeks an Assistant General Manager to support the G.M. in delivering exceptional dining experiences.

This role oversees day-to-day staff operations, drives profitability, and enforces company standards to ensure guest satisfaction. Qualifications

• Three years of full-service restaurant management experience.
• Deliver superior food and beverage service and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Uphold Mission Yogurt values and ensure safety, sanitation, and cleanliness policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in setting objectives and targets for staff.
• Determine staff needs and prepare schedules.
• Coach, counsel, train and develop staff and managers.
• Set and monitor quality and service standards for staff.
• Oversee beverage and dish presentation to meet standards.
• Interact with customers to develop loyalty and handle concerns.
• Monitor cleanliness and hygiene of front-of-house areas and staff.
• Ensure compliance with fire, health, safety and licensing regulations.
• Assist with cash management and daily fiscal responsibilities.
• Monitor stock control procedures and assist with ordering supplies.
• Work with marketing to organize promotional activities.
• Maintain communication with restaurant staff and management through meetings.
